ANA OJEDA
Founder & Educational Director
Academic Programs & Family Relations
Ana Ojeda is the Founder and Educational Director of WeMind Academy of Learning, bringing more than 14 years of experience in education, academic intervention, program development, and educational leadership. She oversees WeMind’s academic programs, tutor selection and matching, instructional standards, and overall service quality.
Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Western Governors University and serves as the primary point of contact for families, helping parents identify appropriate services, establish learning goals, and stay informed throughout the tutoring process.
Prior to founding WeMind, Ana established and operated an educational center in Guayaquil, Ecuador, which later expanded to the United States.
Denay Taylor

Denay Taylor is an experienced educator with more than eight years of teaching and tutoring experience supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school. She is known for creating structured, encouraging learning environments where students can strengthen academic skills, develop confidence, and become more independent learners.
With a background in finance and Spanish, Denay brings a versatile perspective to instruction and is especially skilled at adapting lessons to each student’s individual needs, goals, and learning style. Her approach combines academic support with organization, study skills, and practical strategies that help students succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
Katie Raciti
Academic Tutor
Katie Raciti is an elementary educator with a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from James Madison University and four years of classroom teaching experience. Her background gives her a strong understanding of foundational academic development and the instructional strategies students need to build confidence and make meaningful progress.
Katie creates engaging, student-centered lessons that are tailored to each learner’s strengths and areas of need. She places a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with students and families while using differentiated instruction, encouragement, and consistent academic support to help students grow.
Tracy Vu
Academic Tutor
Tracy Vu brings a strong academic background in science and mathematics, along with years of tutoring experience beginning in high school. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Tech.
Tracy specializes in making challenging concepts feel approachable by breaking them into clear, manageable steps. Her tutoring style emphasizes strong academic foundations, problem-solving, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning. She adapts each session to the individual student, creating an encouraging environment where students can ask questions, strengthen their skills, and make meaningful progress.
Elvira Nnodim

Elvira Nnodim is an experienced academic tutor with more than seven years of experience supporting K-12 and college-level students. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and brings a particularly strong background in mathematics, statistics, and analytical problem-solving.
Elvira is skilled at breaking complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and helping students develop stronger study habits, reasoning skills, and academic confidence. Her patient and individualized approach allows her to meet students where they are while helping them work toward greater independence and deeper understanding.
Trianna Tran

Trianna Tran is a Mechanical Engineer with a strong academic background in mathematics, science, and English. She has more than two years of tutoring and mentoring experience supporting students across a variety of grade levels and subjects, with particular strength in mathematics from foundational skills through Algebra and Calculus.
Trianna brings a patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach to instruction. She enjoys incorporating interactive activities, games, and hands on learning to make challenging concepts more approachable and engaging. Her goal is to help students strengthen their academic skills, develop confidence, and become more independent learners.
